Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, odors, or missing tags may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Final-sale, clearance, and otherwise marked nonreturnable items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Any item received damaged or incorrect must be reported promptly after delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
