Inventory & Backorders
We work hard to maintain inventory on our core styles and seasonal bestsellers, but availability may vary depending on demand.
If an item is not available by the requested ship date, we may ship it within 6 weeks unless otherwise requested. If the item is still unavailable after 6 weeks, it may be canceled unless the customer requests that we keep it open.
Shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse in Georgia.
Shipping costs are based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method. We do our best to process and ship orders efficiently so your store can stay stocked during your busiest seasons.
Payment
We accept approved payment methods for wholesale accounts, which may include credit card, ACH, or approved net terms.
For accounts on net terms, a convenience charge may apply when invoices are paid by credit card.
